SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2 business days for processing on accessory orders. Please allow 5-7 days on any custom orders. Must order before 2:00pm to begin processing on the same day.

* National Holidays and Weekends are processed the next business day. Carrier Crafty and Chic processes are all orders through USPS. Tracking info will be provided once the order is shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

If you receive an item that has been defective in any way or if the wrong item is sent, contact us as soon as possible and we will refund or send out the correct item.

Unfortunately items can't be returned just because you changed your mind. But you may receive a store credit. All custom items can not be returned. Simply because they are custom made for you and can't be returned.
